Blah get this crap food away from me.

I love vegetables. I can have a lot of them with so few calories.

Good start to the day!

And I know I haven’t posted a text post in like what, 2 months? I’ve just been liking posts like a creeper and reblogging on occasion. So hi, I’m here.
Here’s an update with my life:
I don’t know what I weigh right now and quite frankly I’m not sure I want to know. [let’s assume around 180, aka I haven’t changed in the least] I graduated from high school yesterday, and today is my first day of summer, also my first day of my life style change. I’m eating healthy, I’m going to force myself to exercise at least 3 times a week, and I’m just going to go for it. I think I’ll weigh myself every three days or so. Anyways, here we go.
Today:
There are no (fresh and not rotting) vegetables/fruits in my house. This needs to change. I am DYING to make a lemon and herb chicken recipe…because I’ve been seriously craving that since about 3 months ago when I had it in Ireland and it was freaking amazing.
Breakfast: 1 cup of Go Lean Cereal (140 calories) with 1/2 cup of almond milk [which is really good btw] (17.5 calories)
Total so far: 157.5 calories.
I’m hungry right now though so I’m going to go make myself some lunch. Maybe find some carrots I think I saw earlier in my fridge.
